The House is set in Beautiful Gardens overlooking the communal Pool.
We have a 2 storey Townhouse with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
Ground Floor
Downstairs we find an outside terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the inviting Communal Pool. We also have a built in BBQ for those amazing Summer evenings. The front door leads to a cozy living room, with comfortable sofa, and a TV with English and Spanish Channels. This room also has Hot/Cold Air Conditioning. From the Living area you enter a well equipped Kitchen, with Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Coffee Machine. The kitchen then leads to a Downstairs Bathroom with Shower and Toilet, plus a Utility Room with Washing Machine.
1st Floor
Upstairs there are 2 double Bedrooms. The master Bedroom has a large Balcony overlooking the gardens and Pool, fitted wardrobes, A Double Bed, Drawers and Hot/Cold Air Conditioning. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 single Beds, Built in Wardrobes, and a Dressing Table. Also for the comfort at night, we feature Air Conditioning in this room. There is a Family Bathroom with Bath/Shower, Toilet and Sink.
The property resides on a secure Gated Community and walking distance to both Cabo Roig and La Zenia beach, and also the Strip.

Cabo Roig Strip features many Bars and restaurants, from Irish Bars and Curry House, through to Nightclubs and High End Restaurants. There is something for everyone on “The Strip”
Golf
The property is located on 15 mins Drive from the best Golf Courses on the Costa Blanca. Campoamar, Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Vistabella to name but a few.
Airports
The property is perfectly located 40 mins drive from either Corvera Airport or Alicante Airport, with flights available from many European cities
Security Deposit is 250 Euros and is taken on arrival.
Cleaning Fee is 70 Euros and needs to be left at the end of your stay.
